If you enable active notifications:

• Email: We send daily reminder emails only if you haven't captured your mood for that day
• WhatsApp: With your explicit consent, we send WhatsApp reminders through our automated system
• Frequency: Reminders are sent once per day, only when you haven't made an entry
• Opt-Out: You can disable notifications at any time from your Profile settings

We never share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
• Your emotional data is stored securely in our database with industry-standard encryption
• Phone numbers are stored in E.164 international format with restricted access
• We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your stored data at any time through your Profile
• Export: Download your complete emotional tracking data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt-Out: Disable notifications or modify your preferences anytime

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services (data stored in secure cloud infrastructure)
• Email Service: For sending reminder emails (contact information not shared)
• WhatsApp Business API: For WhatsApp reminders (with your explicit consent)

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your login state for 30 days. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
